Tájékoztatjuk a Polgármesteri Hivatal tisztelt ügyfeleit, hogy a járványhelyzetre tekintettel a pécsi Polgármesteri Hivatal ügyfélfogadási rendje március 23-a, hétfőtől megváltozik: a személyes ügyintézés a rendelkezés visszavonásáig szünetel.


A hatósági területen működő szervezeti egységek átvételi pontokat működtetnek, ahol azon polgárok, akiknek nincs elektronikus elérhetősége, illetve olyan ügytípusban kívánnak eljárni, ahol a jogszabály előírja a személyes megjelenési kötelezettséget, kérelmeiket, beadványaikat átadhatják. A rendelkezés a gyakorlatban a Hatósági Főosztály Kossuth téri épületét, az adóirodát és a szociális központokat érinti.


Kérjük a pécsi polgárok szíves megértését!
